The FP2 Action Button Bar is a row of icons that runs along the top of each FP2 window. The Action Button Bar icons are used to make changes to records in the current window.
These options recur throughout FP2, no matter which module you may be working in. Note that some of these options listed below may not appear in all windows.
Options
Cancel Any Changes:
In List Windows, this will cancel any newly-created Saved Searches or List Templates . In Record Windows, clicking this reverts the current record to it's last save point, removing any unsaved changes.
Save Changes:
In List Windows this will save any any newly-created Saved Searches or List Templates. In Record Windows, clicking this saves any changes to the current record and creates a new save point.
First, Previous, Next, Last (if available):

Toolbox Button:
Opens the Action Button Options list for the current window. These options will change depending on which module you are working in, but are generally actions that you can do with the information within the module.
Print:
In a Record Window, this option shows a list of reports related to (only) the open record. In List Windows, reports printed here use the list data as a source. This option will contain many other print and data options and will change depending on which module you are working in.
Clear All Parameters Button:
This option will clear all changes you have made in the Parameters window and re-sets everything to its default settings.
This shows the Parameters section on a List Window, if it was hidden by clicking on the Hide Parameters button.
