The Tarion Export is run manually from the Building Permit List window report menu.
You will then be required to select a month/year.
Building Permits that have had their status changed during the selected Month/Year will be included on the MPAC export.
The Export creates a .txt file which can be emailed to MPAC. The file is created in the FP2 Export Folder.
FP2 Field: first 15 digits of roll # of attached Property record.
FP2 Field: if there are 4 more digits after the 15 - they go here, otherwise 0000
