For Inspection Orders, re-inspection reminders are created from the Complete By Date.  This means that an Inspection with multiple Inspection orders on it can have multiple reminders.

A separate Reminder Type for Inspection Order Follow-ups has been added to the Reminder Module.  You will need to activate it in the File-->Preferences-->Reminders Tab, using the Inspection Order Follow-up checkbox.
