The Inspection Contravention window is very similar to the old Contravention tab. The Contraventions record list and its fields can be referenced in the User Manual: Contravention Tab.
Changes include:
Start and End times for duration tracking. This is dependent on custom settings entered in Set-Up-->Custom Settings→ Inspections→ General ‘Show Duration.’(reporting)
A new picture field which allows pictures to be attached to specific contraventions.
The Recipients tab which pulls Contact information from the master record and allows you to check the recipient that the event is intended for.
