Export FP2 Data

To export your FP2 Data for Canvas, login to FP2 and go to the Incident List Window.

 

Click on the Action Menu option at the top (red toolbox icon) and select "Create CSV files for Canvas".

 

create csv for canvas.

 

The files will automatically be created in the FP2 Export Path location, as set in the Setup-->Custom Settings-->Other Tab-->Paths/Files Tab.

 

The system should automatically create the following 8 files:

 

ambulance.csv

apparatus.csv

fire_station.csv

incident_time_titles.csv

officer_in_charge.csv

personnel.csv

police_force.csv

response_types.csv

 

These files are used to populate your Canvas app so that it matches up with your FP2 information.  You may have to re-run this export in the future if Personnel or Apparatus information changes.
