Inspections Contacts Tab

Summary

 

Contacts record the important individuals associated with the Inspection.  All owners should be included as Contacts on the Inspection record, as should any occupants who will receive copies of the Inspection report.  The Contacts on the Property Record flagged "Primary Owner" and "Primary Occupant" will copied into the Inspection automatically.  Any other Contacts can be copied in via the + (add record) button.

 

Contact Record Tabs

 

General Tab:

You may enter details regarding the Contact Type, the Contact Name and Address in the data fields.  There are also checkboxes available for you to inform FP2 that the contact is a Primary Owner, Primary Occupant and etc.

 

Only one record can be flagged as the Primary Owner and Primary Occupant on each Inspection Record.

 

Phone Tab:

Each contact can have multiple phone number records associated with it.  Each phone record

 

'Email' sub-tab:

Here you may enter the email information associated with your contacts.  Click the Add to List Button () to enter a new inspection contact email address.

 

'Notes' sub-tab:

A standard FP2 Text Field.  You may create and edit any notes related to this inspection contact.
