Summary
This tab is used to list permit records entered into the Permits Module.
Search Parameters
'Date Received':
Displays only permits received within the date range entered.
'Date Issued':
Displays only permits with issues dates within the date range entered.
'Permit Number':
Enter a complete, or partial permit number to display all permits that start with the number(s) entered.
'Permit Number Range':
Enter complete, or partial permit numbers to display all permits that fall into this permits range.
'Most Recent Permits':
Enter a number to show that number of the most recent permits entered into the system.
'Date Range':
Select the date range for the permits you wish to view.
Other Parameters:
More parameters are found on the right of this tab. These will help specify what list of permits to display. The default setting is to show all permits.
'Inspector':
Show only permits from an individual inspector. The default is to show all.
'Application Type':
Show the permits granted for a specific type of application.
'Status':
Show the permits that display this inspection status (Ready for Inspection, Not Ready, No Access to Site, etc).
'Permit Type':
Will show only a specific type of permit.
'Structure Type':
Shows permits for specific structure types.
