Summary
This report asks for a date range and if you'd like to specify a station and from this criteria it builds a report of the number of occurrences for Incidents, Meetings, Training, Work Party for each fire fighter.
Both the excel document and the FP2 report will list each different event as a separate entry. However, the excel report lists all data chronologically. The FP2 report groups Training and Incidents into their own respective categories. The other notable difference between these two reports is how they treat time conversion, the FP2 report displays hours and minutes while the Excel report uses a decimal to show partial hours.
Printing Parameters include:
Station (session assigned to) droplist,
and the following Checkboxes: show totals only, hide firefighters, include unpaid, and new page for each firefighter.
