Summary
There are many inventory reports available that report on inventory maintenance and management.
These report may be accessed in the following locations:
Personnel Action Menu Reports
Accessible with the Print button () in the Action Button Bar in the Inventory List Window . Reports will print data that is based on parameters entered in the options window and not based on the list displayed.
Report displays all of the consumable items that need to be ordered when the current inventory On-Hand count is below the Re-Order amount. This report is visible if the Consumables Module been purchased.
Inventory List Button Reports
Accessible with the Print Details Button () in the List Button Bar in the Inventory List Window. These reports base their data on the information displayed in the list window.
Reports use information from the Inventory Module excepting Consumable Inventory and displays details depending on the Linking Type of the items themselves.

Report displays selected inventory items that will require regular service within a selected date range.
Report displays all inventory items that will need to be replaced.
Report displays all inventory items assigned to Personnel.
Report displays a count of all equipment used in the Incidents, Daily Log, Meeting/Training and Pub-Ed modules.
Report displays the accounting details for all inventory items entered in FP2.
Report displays the dollar amount which the selected inventory items cost for their services based on a user-entered time period.
Prints a hardcopy to aid truck and inventory checks.

This reports prints full pictures that are attached through the Links Tab for the selected records.
• | Picture Thumbnails |
This report prints thumbnail versions of the pictures that are attached through the Links Tab for the selected records.
Record Button Reports
Accessed through the Print button in the Action Button Bar located at the top of the Inventory Record Window. These reports provide information based on the individual record displayed.
Reports use information from the Inventory Module and displays details depending on the Linking Type of the items themselves.
