Summary
The Hydrant List is an FP2 List Window that displays a searchable list of all hydrant records in the system. To view a specific hydrant record, double click on a hydrant in the list.
Search Parameters
'Hydrant':
Displays a specific hydrant based on the information entered for this field. This is a re-namable field, set in Set-Up-->Custom Settings--> Hydrant Custom Settings.
'District':
Displays hydrants all located within a certain district. This is a re-namable field, set in Set-Up-->Custom Settings--> Hydrant Custom Settings.
'In/Out of Service' drop-list:
Displays hydrants based on 'In Service', 'Out of Service', 'In or Out of Service' or 'Retired'.
Displays hydrants found in this Geographic area. The Geo Area list is editable from any Property Record Window.
Custom Checkbox Title 1:

These two Custom Checkbox Titles are set in set in Set-Up-->Custom Settings--> Hydrant Custom Settings. If titled, they will appear as 3 item drop-list options on the Hydrant List Window (checkbox selected, not selected or both), and checkboxes in the Hydrant Record Window.
'Last Serviced Date':
This date selection allows the search to include those hydrants which have been serviced in this date range.
Map Button
Selecting one or more hydrants and clicking the 'Map' icon (
) will provide the user with options to save or display a Google Map with these hydrants marked on the map. The markers will appear in the colour they are set to in the Hydrant Record Window. Map marker colours are set in Set-Up-->Custom Settings--> Hydrants 'Map Marker Labels'.
